Nagi Rao
President, Chief Executive Officer

Nagi is a leader in the use of technology to generate financial value in companies. He has successfully accomplished this in multiple industry verticals including healthcare and telecommunications. Prior to founding SysInformation, Nagi was President and CEO of three startups CMR Associates (acquired by HP), Telecom Technologies (acquired by Sonus Networks) and Surgient Networks. He was also a Partner at McKinsey & Co. He currently serves on several Healthcare Boards and Advisory Boards including the Advisory Board of the WellCare Group of Companies – Florida’s largest Medicare and Medicaid payor. He is also on the Board of Advisors of the Marriott School of Business at BYU and the Executive Committee of the Austin Idea Network. Nagi has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Mangalore University, India. He received an MS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY and an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.

Greg Skalla
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operations Officer

Prior to founding SysInformation, Greg was CFO and VP of Operations at two privately held firms – Surgient Networks and Milcom Electronics. He was also COO of DataRace, where he helped raise $26M prior to taking it public. Greg has significant IT and Operations expertise in the Healthcare and Manufacturing industries. He has led operations at many large companies including the WellCare Group of companies – Florida’s largest Medicare and Medicaid payor. Greg has a BS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Virginia. He also has an MBA in Finance from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Jim Lowe
Chief Marketing Officer

Prior to SysInformation, Jim served as the Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Repository, a litigation support and document management company, where he grew revenues six-fold. He has held Senior Sales and Marketing positions at Enron Broadband, Cable & Wireless and NorthPoint Communications. Jim is the recipient of numerous awards and is noted for introducing cutting edge industry solutions such as Unified Access for the wireline communications sector. Among his many awards include being selected as the Selling Executive for Selling Magazine in 1999. An accomplished public speaker, Lowe has been the featured speaker on Document Management, E-commerce and Internet topics across the United States. Jim was also the producer of a nationally syndicated radio show called the Online Shopping Report. Jim has a BA in Communications from Houston Baptist University, where he graduated Magma Cum Laude.

Dr. John Yatsu
Chief Medical Officer

Prior to joining SysInformation, John was VP of Medical Affairs for Forte Managed Care, a URA. He was the Chief of Surgery and a member of the board of directors at Austin Diagnostic Clinic. He also served as Assistant Professor Department of Surgery at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston and Deputy Chief of Surgery at Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital. He has been certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner (CIME). Dr. Yatsu has served as the Chairman of the Texas Medical Disclosure Panel. He is a Fellow, American College of Surgeons, American College of Physician Executives and the American Association of Disability Evaluating Physicians (AADEP). Dr. Yatsu has a BS in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also has an M.D. from Texas A&M University College of Medicine and an MBA from McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin.
